【摘要】 目的:深入了解可摘局部义齿对基牙牙体、牙周组织健康影响的机制及特点。方法: 在7个不同时期,分别检测指定基牙的各临床牙周指数,基牙龈下菌斑细菌相对分布变化;患者唾液流率唾液pH值;唾液中变链菌数。结果:患者戴用可摘局部义齿后,①短期内基牙PLI、GI、GBI均明显升高(P<0.01);②牙菌斑细菌中球菌比例减小,而梭状杆菌和螺旋体的比例升高(P<0.01);③唾液流率有所降低,唾液pH值有所升高(P<0.01),但随着戴用时间延长,它们又恢复正常;④患者戴用可摘局部义齿后,唾液中变形链球菌数量增加(P<0.01)。结论:戴用可摘局部义齿,会引起牙周指数升高及牙菌斑细菌中的致病细菌如螺旋体、梭状杆菌比例增加,同时可导致患者唾液分泌减少,酸碱平衡改变及变形链球菌数量增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the mechanism and characteristics of the effect of the removable partial dentures onthe abutment teeth and periodontal health. Methods: The following parameters were detected at 7 different time intervalsafter restoration including periodontal disease index of the abutments, changing of the bacteria distribution of subgingivalplaque, flow ratio of saliva, pH value of saliva and the number of streptococcus mutans. Results: After RPD restoration,(1)PLI, GI and GBI of the patients?abutments significantly increased in a short time. (2)Ratio of cocci in the subgingivalplaque increased while that of fusobacteria and spirochets declined. (3) The flow ratio of saliva dropped while the pHvalue rised, but they returned to normal with time passing. (4)Number of streptococcus mutans increased (P<0.01).Conclusions: RPD wearing may lead to the increase of periodontal index and some pathogenic bacteria in subgingivalplaque, at the same time it may lead to the decrease of saliva secretion, saliva pH changing, and promote the number ofstreptococcus mutans更多还原
