【摘要】 目的:探讨剔毒护肝胶囊抗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:对20例剔毒护肝胶囊治疗组患者和15例甘利欣胶囊对照组患者进行对照研究,比较用药前后两组患者肝纤维化血清指标:PC-Ⅲ、LN、HA、IV-C和肝功能指标 ALTTBiI、A／G的变化。结果:剔毒护肝胶囊治疗组患者血清肝纤维化指标,ALT、TBil下降明显,A／G比值上升显著,与甘欣胶囊对照组比较有显著性差异。结论:剔毒护肝胶囊可有效减轻和抑制肝纤维化的发生,明显改善肝功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Tidu Hugan capsule on hepatic fibrosis in patients with hepatitis B. Methods: 35 patients with hepatic fibrosis of hepatitis B were divided into the rapeutic group and control group with randomized method.One group including 20 cases was treated with Tidu Hugan capsule,the other with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate capsule.After treatment,the indexes of hepatic fibrosis and liver function were detected. Results: PC-Ⅲ,LN,HA,IV-C,ALT and TBil in therapeutic group were obviously decreased and the ratio of A/G was increased. There was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion: Tidu Hugan capsule is a better medicine to treat hepatic fibrosis.更多还原
