【摘要】 目的 :应用RP -HPLC法测定鼻咽清胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法 :以甲醇—水—冰醋酸 (4 8∶5 1∶1)为流动相 ,流速为 1.0mL/min ,采用C18化学键合硅胶为固定相 ,在 2 77nm进行测定。结果 :黄芩苷在 0 .2 1μg～ 1.0 5 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9998;平均回收率为 97.9%。结论 :该方法简便、可靠、准确 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the content of baicalin in Biyanning capsules by RP-HPLC.Methods: C18 column was used with the mixture of methanol -H 2O-giacial acetic acid (48∶51∶1) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min -1 with the detection wavelength at 277 nm. Results: The method proved to be linear over the range of 0. 21～1.05 μg, r=0.9998; the recovery of the assay was 97.9%. Conclusion: The method appears to be simple, reliable accurate and can be used to the quality control of the preparation.更多还原
