【摘要】 目的 :探讨传统中药方定志小丸对大鼠学习记忆以及抗应激能力的影响。方法 :“Y”型电迷宫、缺氧、称量大鼠肝、脾、胸腺重量的方法进行观察。结果 :定志小丸能增加大鼠“Y”型电迷宫的学习记忆能力 ;提高大鼠常压缺氧耐受力 ;能增加大鼠肝、脾和胸腺的脏器体重重量比。结论 :提高大鼠学习记忆能力的机制可能与提高脑内乙酰胆碱含量 ,激动胆碱能M受体发挥作用 ;同时提高大鼠的耐缺氧能力 ;肝、脾和胸腺的脏器体重重量比的增加 ,可能与提高机体的免疫功能有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the influence of Dingzhi small pill, the Chinese traditional herbal medicine, on the abilities of studying memory and anti-stress.Methods: Using the " Y" type electricity maze, anoxia, and weighing the big rat liver, spleen, thymus weight the studying memory and anti-stress abilities were observed. Results: Dingzhi small pill could increase the study memory ability of big rat on " Y" type electricity maze , enhance the ability to tolerate the presses of the anoxia and increase the big rats’ liver, spleen and the thymus weight.Conclusion: Increasing the ability of big rats’ study memory mechanism may have the relationship with the contents of acetylcholine in the brain, stimulation of cholinergic M receptor, at the same time, with the increase of the anoxia tolerance ability; and the immunity function is enhanced, which is related to the liver, spleen and thymus weight increase.更多还原
