【摘要】 目的 :观察细胞凋亡及其相关基因在胃癌及癌前病变发生发展过程中的作用。方法 :对 115例胃癌及癌前病变患者和正常人 .糜用原位末端标记法 (TUNEL)及免疫组化技术检测胃黏膜上皮细胞凋亡及bc1- 2 /bax表达。结果 :正常人、浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化尘、不典型增生、胃癌的细胞凋亡依次为 (4 .6 2± 1.87) %、(10 .2 1± 2 .4 9) %、(2 4 .6 3± 5 .16 ) %、(19.32± 4 .0 7) %、(19.86± 4 .6 1) % :bcl- 2蛋白表达分别为 :0 %、18.5 %、2 0 .3%、4 4 .6 %、5 8.5 % ;bax蛋白表达分别为 2 0 .4 %、5 1.5 %、5 5 .2 %、2 7.8%、16 .7%。结论 :胃黏膜癌变过程中 ,细胞凋亡指数和凋亡调控基因bc1- 2和bax的比值逐渐增加 ,说明在胃癌演变过程中它们起重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the role of apoptosis and its related genes proliferation in the pathogenesis of precamcerous lesims andgastric carcinoma. Methods: Using TUNE technique and immunohistochemistry methods, the cells apoptosis and bc1-2 and bax protein were examined in 115 gastric cancer and its precancerous lesions.Results: In the normal group and the patients of chronic superficial gastritis, atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia, gastric dysplasia and gastric carcinomas, their apoptosis indexes were respectively (4.62±1.87) % ,(10.21±2.49) % ,( 24.63±35.16) % , (19.32±4.07) % and (19.86±4.61) % ; the expression of bcl-2 were respectively 0% , 18.5 % ,20.3 % , 44.6% and 58.5 % ; the expression of bax were respectively 20.4% ,51.5% , 55.2% , 27.8% and 16.7% . Conclusion: The present results indicate that the apoptosis indexes are increased in normal subjects, chronic superficial gastritis, atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia; However, apoptosisindexes are decreased in dysplasia and carcinoma; The ratio of bcl-2 and bax expression are showed negative correlation with apoptosis. These results suggest that they play an important role in the pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
