血液透析患者血清铜和锌含量的测定

【摘要】 目的 :测定慢性肾功能不全血液透析 (HD)患者血清锌 (Zn)和铜 (Cu)含量 ,探讨血液透析对患者微量元素的影响。方法 :血液透析组包括 36名HD患者 ,平均年龄是 4 3岁± 1 5岁 ,2 6名健康志愿者对照组 ,平均年龄为 4 0岁± 1 7岁。每份血液标本用原子吸收光谱法 (AAS)测定血清锌和血清铜水平。结果 :血清Zn水平 :HD组 5 9.6 μg/dl± 1 4 .6 μg/dl,对照组 1 1 4 .9μg/dl± 2 4 .3μg/dl。血清Cu水平 :HD组 6 5 .3μg/dl± 1 2 .8μg/dl,对照组1 4 1 .2 μg/dl±39.3μg/dl。HD组患者血清Zn含量明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 0 1 )。血清Cu的含量也明显低于对照组。长期和短期血液透析患者之间Zn、Cu含量之间没有明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :由于HD患者血清Zn、Cu浓度明显降低 ,建议CRF行血液透析治疗时补充一些微量元素。

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine serum zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) levels in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis (HD), to investigate the influence of HD duration on the trace elements. Methods: The HD group included 36 patients, their mean age was 43 15 yr. The control group of 26 healthy subjects were 40 ±17 yr. Each blood sample was measured by atomic absorption spectrophotomery for determination of serum Zn and Cu levels. Results: The levels of serum zinc (Zn) were 69.6±17.6μg/dl in the HD group, and 114.9±34.3μg/dl in the control group. The values of serum copper (Cu) were 65.3±12.8 μg/dl in the HD group, and 141.2±39.3μg/dl in the control group. The serum Zn and Cu levels of the HD group was significantly lower than those of the control group( P <0.0001). It wasn’t significant difference in the serum Zn and Cu levels between long-term and short-term dialyzed patients ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Because the serum Zn level of the HD patients is significantly low, it is suggested that some microelements should be given to patients with CRF undergoing HD.
