一种新型脱磷剂的研究

【摘要】 通过浸渍法制得一系列脱磷剂 ,并对影响其脱磷效果的因素进行了考察。实验结果表明 :脱磷剂的脱磷率随金属负载量的增加而升高 ,最佳为 5 %~ 6 % ;脱磷率随脱磷剂粒度的增大而逐渐下降 ,初步选定粒径为2 .5 0mm的球形吸附剂 ;脱磷率随吸附温度的升高逐渐升高 ,但上升梯度逐渐减小 ,初步选定脱磷温度为 70℃。

【Abstract】 A series of dephosphorizers are prepared through impregnation, and an observation is made on the factors affecting the effectiveness of dephosphorization. The experimental results show that the dephosphorization rate of the dephosphorizers increases with a rise in their metal load, with the optimal at 5%~6%; the rate decreases with an enlargement in the particle size of the dephosphorizers, the chosice being preliminarily spherical ones of 2.50 mm in particle diameter, and the rate increases progressively with a rise in adsorption temperature, but the rise gradient gradually decreases, the choice being preliminarily 70 ℃ of dephosphorization temperature.
