浓缩湿法磷酸中硫酸根的脱除研究
Study of Removal of Sulfate Radical from Concentrated Wet-Process Phosphoric Acid
【摘要】 对50%P2O5湿法磷酸中硫酸根的脱除行为进行了研究,考察了脱硫剂、脱硫剂用量及反应时间对硫酸根脱除率的影响。结果表明,用磷矿和碳酸钡作脱硫剂,在70℃下经3 h反应可使磷酸中的SO42-脱除率达到98%以上,再结合溶剂萃取,可使净化酸中的SO42-含量低于100×10-6,达到工业级磷酸标准。
【Abstract】 A study is made of the heavier of sulfate radical removal from a 50% P2O5 wet-process phosphoric acid, and an investigation is conducted into the effect of the kind of desulfurizer, its dose and reaction time on the removal of sulfate radical. The results show that, with phosphate rock and barium carbonate as desulfurizers, reaction at 70℃ for 3 hours will remove more than 98 % of the SO42- from the acid, and when combined solvent extraction, the SO42- content in the purified acid will be further lowered to below 100×10-6 attaining the standard for technical grade.
