【Abstract】 The economic globalization and China’s entery into WTO force nonferrous metal enterprises in Jiangxi Province to reform their mechanism and the system of property right deeply. Specifically, they should reset their orientation of development ,re-construct the foundation of the enterprises, and concentrate on creativity of enterprise culture to reinforce their competitiveness.
