2HRZE/4H₃R₃和2H₃R₃Z₃E₃/4H₃R₃治疗初治涂阳肺结核病社会效果评价

【摘要】 目的　对 2HRZE/4H3R3和 2H3R3Z3E3/4H3R3治疗初治涂阳肺结核病患者社会效果评价 ,为结核病的社会控制提供依据。方法　应用中国卫生部结核病控制项目 2HRZE/4H3R3方案 ,治疗初治涂阳肺结核病人的监测资料和 2 0 0 3年对《中国结核病控制规划 (2 0 0 1～ 2 0 10 )》阶段评估 ,抽查“世界银行贷款 + 中国结核病控制项目”2H3R3Z3E3/4H3R3方案治疗初治涂阳肺结核病人治疗的资料进行分析。结果　在落实较好的全程督导服药治疗下 ,两方案已达到国家规划目标。目前 2H3R3Z3E3/4H3R3未能达到国家规划目标 ,治愈率明显较强化期每日服药方案低 ,而失败率、丢失率、副反应停药率明显较高。结论　经费落实不到位导致患者全程督导服药治疗不能很好落实 ,是影响化疗效果的主要原因。由于全程督导服药治疗不能很好落实 ,致使全程隔日服药方案不能胜任规划目标的要求 ,提示结核病控制的方向更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Observe the medical effects of new smear-positive patients with 2HR Z E/4H 3R 3 and 2H 3R 3Z 3E 3/4H 3R 3 and provide basis for TB treatment.Methods To utilize the monitoring materials of new smear-positive patients with TB Control Project of Ministry of Health (2HRZE/4H 3R 3) and phase assessment of 《China TB Control Project(2001～2010)》in 2003, make a selective examination of new smear-positive patients treatment materials with 2H 3R 3Z 3E 3/4H 3R 3 of World Bank Loaned China TB Control Project. Results Programmel (2HR Z E/4H 3R 3) has reached national plan in short-tem Chemical therapy. The cure rate of programme 2 (2H 3R 3Z 3E 3/4H 3R 3) is obviously lower than that of programme 1,and the failurerate, loss rate, stopping drug rate are higher than that of programme 1, although it also reached nationalplan. Conclusion The main reasons of affecting cure rate are patients, loss and migration accounted for 53.9% of all un-completed cases.Perhaps expenditure isn’t workable is another reason.更多还原
