【摘要】 目的　比较不同品系鱼腥草质量的差异。方法　定期取样测定甲基正壬酮的含量以及水分、灰分、浸出物的含量 ,收获时测定小区产量并进行方差分析。结果　不同品系鱼腥草的甲基正壬酮含量和单位面积总量差异显著 ,农艺性状和产量也有较大差异。结论　青茎品系植株高大 ,产量略高 ,红茎品系鱼腥草挥发油中甲基正壬酮含量和单位面积总量均明显高于青茎品系 ,具推广应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare quality of Herba Houttuyniae of different strains. Method Periodically sample in order to quantitatively determine the contents of methyl-n-nonyl-ketone,moisture, ashes and extracts.Determine output of individual zones upon harvest and give a variance analysis to data.Result Contents of methyl-n-nonyl-ketone and its total amount of unit zone significantly vary with strains. Agricultural nature and output also vary. Conclusion Strain with green stem is more robust and has a larger output. However, strain with red stem has a higher content of methyl-n-nonyl-ketone and a higher total amount of unit zone than strain with green stem. Therefore, the red-stem strain is favored and recommendable.更多还原
