姜油树脂β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺研究

【摘要】 目的 考察姜油树脂β- CD包合物的制备工艺、条件及影响因素。方法 分别用饱和水溶液法和研磨法制备姜油树脂包合物 ,以包合物收率、包合率和包合物中姜油树脂含量为考察指标。结果 用研磨法制备姜油树脂β- CD包合物收率、包合率高 ,所需时间短。包合过程中加入乙醇或吐温 - 80均有助于提高包合率 ,但吐温 - 80会影响包合物的质量。结论 制备姜油树脂β- CD包合物的较好方法为研磨法 ,即姜油树脂与β-CD按 1∶ 9比例 ,姜油树脂先行与少量无水乙醇研匀后 ,再加入β- CD及适量水研磨 0 .5 h制备。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate preparation methods, process conditions, influencing factors of ginger oleoresin-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex. Methods The inclusion complex was prepared by saturated water solution method and grinding method respectively, while the recovery of inclusion complex, inclusion rate of ginger oleoresin and ginger oleoresin content of inclusion complex were used as observing index in the study. Results There were more recovery of inclusion complex, higher inclusion rate of ginger oleoresin and less inclusion time in the grinding method than in the saturated water solution method. Adding either ethanol or tween-80, they both were helpful to raise the inclusion rate of ginger oleoresin, but tween-80 would influence the quality of the inclusion complex. Conclusion The grinding method is better than the saturated water solution method. That is the proportion of ginger oleoresin and β-CD as 1∶9, first grinding ginger oleoresin with a small amount of ethanol evenly, then addingβ-CD and proper sum of water, and preparing for half an hour.
