【摘要】 目的　研究不同时节采收的三花龙胆中龙胆苦苷的含量。方法　采用 HPL C法 ,以甲醇 -水 ( 6 0∶4 0 )为流动相 ,2 74 nm为检测波长。结果　三花龙胆中龙胆苦苷的含量随采收月份不同而各异 ,地下部分根中龙胆苦苷的含量以新生根含量较高 ,药用价值最大。结论　采收期为春季的三花龙胆中龙胆苦苷含量最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the contents of Gentiopioroside in Gentiana triflora Pall. collected from different seasons. Method The method of HPLC was used with the methanol-water(60∶40)as mobile phase and with 274 nm as the checking wavelength.Results The contants of gentiopicroside variedaccording to collecting seasons The content of gentiopicroside in new roots was hisher.
