【摘要】 目的　测定不同产地与采收季节虎耳草中的原儿茶酸含量。方法　高效液相色谱法 ,WatersNova- Pa K C1 8柱 ,流动相为甲醇 - 0 .0 5 mol· L- 1磷酸 -水 ( 85∶ 9∶ 6 ) ,紫外检测波长 2 5 8nm,流速 0 .8m L·m in- 1 。结果　原儿茶酸在 0 .0 82 6～ 0 .4 13μg范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 98.5 %。结论　安徽产虎耳草中原儿茶酸含量最高 ,安徽以 5月份采收的虎耳草含量最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the content of protocatechuic acid in Saxifraga stolonifera Meerb. from different places and various collecting seasons. Method C18 column, mobile phase was methanol-0.05 mol·L -1 phosphoric acid-water (85∶9∶6). The detection wavelength was 258nm and the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min -1 . Result The linearity was obtained over the range between 0.082 6 and 0.413 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.5%. Conclusion The contents of Protocatechuic acid in Saxifraga stolonifera Meerb. from different places and various collecting seasons are different.更多还原
