【摘要】 目的　建立口炎清颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法及考察其稳定性。方法　以依利特 C1 8柱为分析柱 ,乙腈 - 0 .4 %磷酸 (90∶ 10 )为流动相 ,流速 1.0 m L / m in,32 7nm为检测波长 ,对口炎清颗粒中的绿原酸含量进行了 HPL C测定 ,并对储藏过程中绿原酸的稳定性进行了考察。结果　该含量测定方法操作简单、重复性好 ,回收率达 99%以上 ,口炎清颗粒中绿原酸在 18个月内保持相对稳定。结论　本文 HPL C方法稳定可靠 ,适宜于口炎清颗粒的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Kouyanqing Granule, and to test its stability within the storage.Methods A HPLC method, under 327 nm detective wavelength with acetonitrile-0.4% H 3PO 4(90∶10) as mobile phase eluted in a Yilete C 18 column,was used to determine chlorogenic acid and test its storage stability.Results The method was simple and reproducibility with a high recovery up to 99%;it showed the quality of Kouyanqing was stable within 18 months storage.Conclusion The developed method,stable and accurate,is suitable for the quality control for Kouyanqing Granule.更多还原
