【摘要】 目的观察化湿和胃汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法运用化湿和胃汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎45例,并与西药治疗45例做对照观察。结果总有效率治疗组93.33%,对照组71.11%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论化湿和胃汤具有化湿清热、通降和胃的作用,治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Huashihewei Decoction on reflux gastritis. Method To treat 45 cases of reflux gastritis with Huashihewei Decoction in the treatment group and 45 cases with western medicines in the control group. Result The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33% and in the control group, 71.11%. The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05), Conclusion Huashihewei Decoction has an effect of resolving dampness, clearing away heat, activating qi and harmonizing stomach, and significant curative effect on reflux gastritis.更多还原
