黄连解毒汤有效部位对多发性脑梗塞大鼠脂质过氧化损伤的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨黄连解毒汤有效部位对多发性脑梗塞 (MCI)大鼠脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法 采用同种大鼠无菌自然干燥血凝块颈总动脉注射建立MCI模型 ,观察黄连解毒汤有效部位对MCI大鼠脑组织丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶 (Cu Zn SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH )、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH PX)、谷胱甘肽S转移酶 (GSH ST)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的影响 ;结果 黄连解毒汤有效部位可提高模型动物脑匀浆SOD、Cu ZnSOD、CAT、GSH PX和GSH ST活性 ;提高GSH含量 ,降低MDA、LD含量与LDH活性 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 黄连解毒汤有效部位对多发脑梗塞大鼠脑脂质过氧化损伤有显著保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the protective effects of the effective fraction of Huanglianjiedu Decoction (EFHD) on lipid peroxidation damage in the rat with multiple cerebral infarction (MCI).Method The rat was used to induce the model of MCI by injecting sterile naturally-dried blood clot from the same species of animal into the common carotid, and the effects of EFHD on melondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), Cu-Zn-SOD, glutathione-SH (GSH), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), glutathione S-transferase (GSH-ST) and catalase (CAT) were observed in the brain of the model rats.Results EFHD could increase the activities of SOD, Cu-Zn-SOD, CAT, GSH-PX and GSH-ST; increase the level of GSH, lower the levels of MDA and LD; and decrease the activity of LDH (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion EFHD possesses significant protective effects against lipid peroxidation damage in the rat with MCI.
