紫癜颗粒对ITP模型小鼠外周血细胞因子IL-2、IL-6、IL-8的影响
Effects of Zidian Granules on the Levels of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 in the Peripheral Blood of the Mouse Model of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura
【摘要】 目的 观察紫癜颗粒对特发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)模型小鼠外周血细胞因子IL 2、IL 6、IL 8的变化 ,以及细胞因子IL 2、IL 6、IL 8与ITP发病的关系。方法 采用放免法测定IL 2、IL 6、IL 8。结果 ITP模型小鼠外周血细胞因子IL 2、IL 6、IL 8均上升 ,与正常对照组有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 紫癜颗粒对ITP模型小鼠外周血细胞因子具有明显的调节作用 ,提示细胞因子IL 2、IL 6、IL 8与ITP的发病、临床进展及预后有关
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Zidian Granules on the changes in the levels of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 in the peripheral blood of the mouse model of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and to investigate the relationship between ITP and the cytokines mentioned above. Method Radioimmunologic techniques were used to detect the levels of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8. Results As compared with those in the control group, the levels of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 were all markedly increased in the peripheral blood of the mouse model of ITP (P<0.05). Conclusion Zidian Granules have marked regulatory effects on the levels of the cytokines in the peripheral blood of the mouse model of ITP. The findings in the animal model suggests that IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 are related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of ITP.
