芪丹煎对动脉粥样硬化家兔血管细胞粘附分子-1的影响
Effects of Qidan Decoction on Vascular Cell Adhesion Molecule-1 in the Rabbit with Arteriosclerosis
【摘要】 目的 观察芪丹煎对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔腹主动脉血管细胞粘附分子 - 1(VCAM - 1)及血清高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)的影响 ,探讨其作用机理。方法 用高脂饲料喂养建立动物模型 ,对各组采取不同干预因素 ,取材后用免疫组化法检测VCAM - 1的表达 ,酶法测定HDL、LDL的含量。结果 与模型组比较 ,芪丹煎组VCAM - 1的表达量明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,血清LDL含量明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,HDL含量升高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 芪丹煎通过降低血清LDL含量 ,升高HDL含量 ,抑制主动脉VCAM - 1的表达 ,从而抑制动脉粥样硬化的发展
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Qidan Decoction (QD) on the vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) of the abdominal aorta, serum high density lipoprotein (HDL) and serum low density lipoprotein (LDL) in the rabbit with experimental arteriosclerosis, and to investigate the mechanisms of the effects. Methods The rabbit model of arteriosclerosis was induced by feeding a kind of high-lipid feedstuff. Different intervening factors were used to each experimental group. Immunohistochemical techniques were used to detect the expression of VCAM-1, and enzymological techniques were used to detect the levels of HDL and LDL.Results As compared with those in the model group, the expression of VCAM-1 was markedly decreased (P<0.01), the level of serum LDL was significantly lowered (P<0.01), and the level of serum HDL was markedly increased (P<0.01). Conclusion QD can inhibit the development of arteriosclerosis by decreasing the level of LDL, increasing the level of HDL, and inhibiting the expression of VCAM-1 of abdominal aorta.
