液力变矩器的准确三维造型方法研究

【摘要】 论述了在已知有限数量的转轮结构数据和表面形状数据的情况下,采用B样条插值理论,求出转轮各类表面控制点,然后利用非均匀有理B样条方法实现转轮表面的数值化。同时可采用交互方式对表面的控制点或其权因子进行修改,以实现对液力变矩器转轮进行准确三维造型。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a constructing method of hydrodynamic torque converter surface was discussed by NURBS (Non - Uniform Rational B - Spline). If the finite number date of the runner surface was known, the coordinates of every point of the runner surface were calculated with the method. First, the control point of the runner surface was calculated by B- Spline interpolation theory. Second, the runner surface was expressed by NURBS. At the same time, the control point and correlation factor may be modified in manner of the alternating operation. The hydrodynamic torque converter surface is constructed accurately with the method.
