微波辐射处理酯化废水的工艺技术研究
Treatment of esterification wastewater by microwave irradiation
【摘要】 采用微波辐射技术 ,建立了邻苯二甲酸二辛酯生产废水的处理工艺 ,以颗粒活性炭为催化剂 ,考察了活性炭种类 ,活性炭用量 ,活性炭粒径 ,微波辐射时间 ,微波辐射功率 ,pH等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明 ,采用 12~ 16目的JX - 10 6型椰壳活性炭 5 g与 5 0mL废水 (固液比为 1∶10 )混合 ,在微波辐射功率为 5 0 0W ,辐射处理 5min的工艺条件下 ,废水的COD由 6 48mg/L降至70 1mg/L ,COD去除率为 89 2 % ,废水的 pH对处理效果几乎没有影响。进一步研究发现 ,在微波辐射场中废水中的有机污染物在活性炭表面通过吸附 -氧化协同作用而被迅速降解。动力学研究表明 ,该氧化过程符合一级反应动力学规律
【Abstract】 The microwave irradiation (MI) process has been developed to treat wastewater of dioctyl phthalate production. The granular activated carbon (GAC) is used as catalyst. The effective factors such as the kind, amount and size of GAC, MI power, acting time and pH on COD removal are studied. The optimum conditions are as follows: coconut GAC JX-106 5 g (sized 12~16 mesh), 50 ml wastewater(GAC/wastewater=1∶10), microwave radiant intensity 500 W and irradiation time 5 min. pH almost has no effect on COD removal. Under these conditions, 89.2% of COD is removed from the raw wastewater of dioctyl phthalate production, and the organic pollutants are degraded by the combined action of adsorption and oxidation on the surface of GAC. The research on kinetics suggests that the process of treatment accords to first-order reaction.
