【摘要】 当前,在我国政府投资项目招标投标中,投标人对招标人或其他投标人的违规行为不敢投诉,不愿投诉,从而使政府投资项目的招标投标不能完全达到预期的目的。这主要是因为我国还没有建立起统一协调、独立高效的投标申诉机制。本文考察了一些发达国家建立投标申诉机制的经验,并结合我国的实际,提出了完善我国投标申诉机制的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now in the bidding of our government-invested projects, if the blender or some other bidders takes an illegal activity, the bidders will not appeal, or dare not to appeal. So the bidding will not do its good well. This is because there has not a mechanism of appealing in our country, which is united and harmony, independent and efficient. This article studied the developed countries’ experiences of building the mechanism of appealing, and give some countermeasures to make the mechanism of appealing in our government-invested projects’ bidding perfect.更多还原
