【Abstract】 The production technology of melt direct spinning multiholed fine denier polyester POY was introduced.The melt transferring temperature was controlled at 288~292 ℃,the spinning temperature was controlled at 289~292 ℃,the pack initial pressure was 12~16 MPa.The annealing device was installed under the spinneret,the air window filter sieve density was increased,the suitable air temperature,air speed and relative humidity were selected,the distance from the spinneret to the cross air blow was shortened.更多还原
