基于构建学习型组织的绩效管理模型设计
Performance Management Model Design Based on the Learning Organization Building
【摘要】 通过对学习型组织的发展过程分析,给出了基于构建学习型组织绩效管理的影响因素模型和绩效管理三环模型,并用系统动力学的因果反馈环对影响绩效管理的诸因素:组织学习力、共同愿景、对环境 的适应性、组织机能等四个方面进行了分析。在绩效管理三环模型里,从绩效管理过程循环、学习型组织的系统思考及其他四项修炼三个方面有机地分析了学习型组织的绩效管理。
【Abstract】 Through the analysis of development process of learning organization,this thesis builds the effect factors model and performance management"three loop"model.It uses the consequence feedback cycle of system dynamics to research the organization learning power,shared vision,adaptive to circumstances,organization function,which are the main effect factors of performance management.In performance management"three loop"model,this thesis creatively analyzes the performance management of learning organization from the performance management process cycle,system thinking of learning organization and other four disciplines.
