【Abstract】 Against the background of knowledge-based economy,high-tech industry becomes the forthgoer in the escalation of regional industry.This paper holds that on one hand,high-tech enterprises’clustering promote regional high-tech industry through four aspects,that’s factor?demand?related industry and enterprises’stratagem, structure and competition; on the other hand, high-tech industrial cluster has advantages of organizational structure,competition, cooperation and environment and according to all of these factors,high-tech indnstrial cluster can keep on technological innovation and transfer high technology to traditional industry.
