【Abstract】 As an economic and science and technology relative backward country, if we want to realize the industrialization and modernize,the key factor is how to truly promote the technical advance.However, after more than twenty years of reform and opening policy of our country,we haven’t broken through the economic growth pattern that the main mark is the quantitative expansion.The technical progress is slow and it’s no good for our country’s economic continous,stable and healthy development.This article’s purpose is to seek out the fundamental ways to solve the problems through analyzing the reality obstacles of the technical advance.更多还原
