【摘要】 伴随着IT技术的发展,管理信息化已经引起了全球管理学者和实践者们广泛关注。与此同时,随着国内经济的发展,涌现出了一大批小企业。在经过了初期的发展以后,这些企业面临着管理的挑战,其中一些企业希望引入信息化手段解决管理中遇到的实际问题。笔者对小企业实施信息化建设的优势做了一定的分析,并且指出了在信息化建设过程中容易遇到的一些误区,最后给出了一些建议。更多还原
