【摘要】 创新型人力资本对欠发达地区发展起着重大的作用;但由于一些地域因素的影响,欠发达地区无法对创新型人力资本形成有效需求。本文从创新型人力资本与欠发达地区发展的关系入手,分析了地区创新型人力资本需求的一般影响因素;然后结合欠发达地区的实际情况,分析了影响欠发达地区创新型人力资本需求的因素;最后根据分析结果对欠发达地区如何提高对创新型人力资本的有效需求提出了政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovative human capital shows great important to the development of underdeveloped areas,but for some reasons,requirement of innovative human capital in underdeveloped areas is not very valid.This essay begins with the relations between inno鄄vative human capital and development of underdeveloped areas,and analyses the common influencing factor of requirement of inno鄄vative human capital,then according to facts in underdeveloped areas,analyses the influencing factor of requirement of innovative human capital in underdeveloped areas.Finally,this essay puts forwards some suggestions to improve valid requirement of innovative human capital in underdeveloped areas.更多还原
