【摘要】 针对氧化铝工业过程中配料系统普遍存在着自动控制水平落后、台时产能低、出磨产品质量低的现状,提出一种自动化配料过程控制方案,并在此基础上建立了基于智能技术和配料机理模型的混合智能配料模型,可以模仿优秀工艺师的操作经验对过程行为进行决策,并且有自学习的功能,避免了配料过程人为干扰因素的影响,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,在氧化铝工业类似生产过程中具有推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 The status of burden system of the alumina industry process, such as level of automation , product yield per hour and product quality are very low. A process control system for automatic burdening is proposed. Based on intelligence technology and burden mechanism, a hybrid burden model with intelligence has been developed. With the help of burden model and others condition, this optimal model can replace the human operator for most of operations in the process. The proposed model can automatically update the optimal set-point value. Actual industrial application show the viability and effectiveness of the suggested model and its bright application prospect in alumina industry.
