【摘要】 介绍了先进控制以及组态软件RSView32的特点和相关功能,针对先进控制的特点和应用现状,提出并实现二次开发上位机组态软件RSView32,以VBA形式嵌入先进控制算法。通过上位机与下位机的通信,实现了先进控制、PID控制自动/手动的无扰切换。该控制方法操作简单,成本低,充分利用了软件资源,提高了生产过程控制精度,现已成功应用于某一反应釜温度控制系统,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The features of the advanced control and the function of the configuration software RSView32 are introduced. The method of using Visual Basic Editor to embed the advanced process control algorithm into RSView32 is given. Through the communication between upper-computer and lower-processor, non-disturbance shifting among the advanced process control algorithm,PID auto-control and manual-cootrol is realized.
