【摘要】 针对技术推广网站中技术需求项目查准率低、缺乏技术项目集成机制的问题,提出了基于多智能体系统中合同网协商机制的技术项目集成系统的模型。该模型以大型技术需求项目的分解为前提,通过对供求信息以任务投标书、招标书的格式进行合适一致的描述。在招标时限内收集分布结点的投标书,再通过计算结点标值来评估投标结点的能力,从而实现招标任务的分配,并以污水处理项目中投标结点的标值评估为例,说明技术项目集成的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to resolve the problems of a low rate in searching proper technical projects and a lack of the technical project integration, a model of the technical project integration is given based on the contract net mechanism, which is one of the multi-agent system coordination methods. This model depends on the technical task decomposition and the detailed description of order and bid information. In the bidding time limit, this model collects bidding information from distributed nodes. After the bidding time limit, it begins to implement the calculation and evaluation of bidding, and then task allocation is realized based on such evaluation. An evaluation example of sewage treatment shows the feasibility of integrating the technical project.更多还原
