【摘要】 介绍了攀钢1#板坯连铸喷印机控制系统的应用,分析了该系统的控制原理、特点及系统与上位机的通讯实现。控制系统选用西门子S5-115U型PLC,通过控制喷印机横移定位和喷嘴X,Y向的动作定位,来达到书写字符、标识产品的目的。喷印机自动控制系统投运以来,系统响应快速、动作定位准确、字符清晰耐久,其中喷嘴电机动作定位时间在200ms以内,精度约±2mm,对质量跟踪记录提供了有效的手段,经济效益显著。该控制系统设计典型,适合在冶金行业的产品标识工作中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of Pangang 1\+# board base cast′s sprays printing machine is introduced. The control principle, the characteristic and the communication between systems and the place of honor machine are analysed. The control system uses Siemens S5-115U PLC. By controlling the horizontal position of the machine and the operating position of nozzle in X,Y directions, the purpose of writing charaters and identifiying prodcts. Automatic control system is put into operation,it is shown that the system response is fast, the accuration is good, character is clear and durable. Among them the nozzle electricity is flexible to make time of Orientating within 200 ms,precision in ±2 mm. Following and citing quality posthumously and record offer effective means.Remarkable economic benefits are oblained.
