污水处理自动控制系统的设计及实现
Design and Implementation of the Automatic Control System of Water Treatment
【摘要】 介绍了针对奥贝尔工艺的污水处理过程自控系统的设计与实施方案,整个系统由上位计算机、下位PLC和远程I/O子站构成三级分布式集散控制系统。较详细地介绍了奥贝尔工艺流程及三级分布式集散控制系统的组成,并解决了实施中的具体问题,如上位计算机与下位PLC通信,用VB编制了实现DDE链结的应用程序;远程I/O子站通过Genius总线与PLC的联接;为使系统可靠运行,主机采用了双机热备方式。系统在某6万t污水处理厂具体实施,结果表明:该设计结构合理,安全可靠,控制精度等技术性能均满足生产的实际需要。
【Abstract】 The design and application of the automatic control system for the ORBAL technics water treatment is introduced. This system includes upside computers, downside PLCs and remote I/O workstations. The technics flow, the compose of the 3-class DCS are introduced in details. Specially, the communication between upside computers and downside PLCs,VB programme for DDE link, the connection of remote I/O workstations and PLCs through genius bus, the hot backup redundancy are implemented. Practical results show that the design structure is good, the running is reliable and the requirement is satisfied.
