海底输油管道缺陷漏磁检测信号采集与处理系统的设计
Magnetic Flux Leakage Nondestructive Testing System for Oil Transportation Pipelines in Seabed
【摘要】 基于漏磁检测原理 ,以高性能数字信号处理器为核心 ,设计了一种海底输油管道缺陷漏磁检测信号采集与处理系统 ,具有检测速度快 ,精度高等特点。介绍了系统的硬件组成和软件流程 ,高速A/D转换器和DSP、PCI总线的应用。设计的系统能够实现缺陷的定位检测 ,精度达到了设计要求
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of magnetic flux leakage testing, a high-speed system with DSP is designed for inspection of oil transportation pipelines in seabed without omission. The hardware and software of the system are introduced. As the ADC with high-speed and high-solution, DSP and PCI bus are used in this system, the defects could be accurately identified.
