【摘要】 通过对信息素质的内涵、作用及信息素质教育的实施方法的论述,揭示了信息时代信息素质教育对于实现21世纪中华民族腾飞的重要性。

【Abstract】 The essay reveals the importance of information quality education in the era of information to reali- zing Chinese rapid development in 21 century by expounding the connotation and effect of information quality and the methods to carry out the education.
