【摘要】 目的　探讨脑胶质瘤手术加局部热化疗的可行性和安全性。方法　回顾分析我院脑胶质瘤手术加术中、术后间断热化疗等综合治疗 37例的资料 ,与同期手术治疗的 4 8例未行热化疗的脑胶瘤进行比较。热化疗方法是术中用双极电凝直接加热瘤体残腔化疗药 ,4 3 4 4℃ ,持续 2 5分钟。术后第二天开始 ,隔日注射埋置于头皮下的Om maya中化疗药 ,并用微波辐射加温 4 5分钟 ,共 9次。结果　综合组平均生存 30 .85个月 ,对照组平均生存 8.6 5个月 ,综合组较手术组生存年限延长 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而并发症并未增加。结论　脑胶质瘤术中和术后间断局部热化疗可提高手术疗效 ,减少肿瘤复发 ;微波辅助术后局部化疗药液加温是安全可行的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the possibility and the safety of localized thermochemotherapy during and after the surgery for human gliomas. Methods Retrospective analysis of the data of 37 patients with gliomas treated by use of heated antineoplastic agents during and after the surgery was conducted,and the therapeutic effect was compared with that of 48 patients treated with traditional surgery.Interstitial localized heat treatment was performed with microwave 45 minutes,once every other day,total 10 times. Results The survival time of patients in thermochemotherapy group was obviously prolonged than that of control group (30.85 months vs8.65 months, P <0.001). Conclusions Localized thermochemotherapy can be safely used during and after the surgery,and is effective for treatment of patients with gliomas.更多还原
