【Abstract】 The character data communication in a network meeting is controlled by H.323 Protocols,and realized by T.120 Protocols.The character coding is UTF-8 Code.This article simply introduces the parts and the resolving projects of H.323 Protocols,shows the members and the administrative levels of T.120 Protocols,and simply analyzes the character of UTF-8 Code.Thus it brings forward a process and method of the revert of characters data packs during a network meeting.更多还原
