基于计算机图像处理的光纤测量方法研究
AN IMAGE PROCESSING-BASED METHOD TO MEASURE OPTICAL FIBER
【摘要】 为研究光纤显微图像 ,本文将计算机数字图像处理技术引入到光纤形态分析中。实验中 ,首先将光纤端面经显微光学系统处理 ,由CCD摄像头接收 ,并通过图像采集卡传至计算机 ;然后对光纤的数字图像进行处理 ,其中包括对比度增强、图像的滤波、图像的二值化、图像分割等 ;最后通过严格的计算 ,得到光纤的各种参数。此系统的软件是用C ++Builder 5语言写成。程序中采用了Parodax数据库及BDE技术 ,并提供了结果报表和二、三维图像显示。操作软件采用中文Windows界面 ,使用方便。
【Abstract】 An application of the computer digital image processing in the microscope morphological analysis of optical fiber is introduced on this paper.The end face of the optical fiber is imaged by a microscopy,recorded by a CCD camera,transferred by a image grabber into a computer.Then some pro-processed methods which include contrast enhancement,image filtering,thresholding,segmentation are used.According to further analysis and figure,several parameters of the fiber is obtained combined with Parodax database and BDE,the processing software is programmed under C++ Buil ̄der 5.It has given out a report of the test and 2-dimensional,3-dimensional diagrams.The interface of the processing software is Chinese Windows,and easy to use.
