【Abstract】 In this thesis,the process of ID card recognition is presented.To fit for this special character recognition,sequence is adjusted as line segmentation,preprocess and character segmentation.After investigated into the strategies of getting the characters’ accurate position,we provide the line segmentation under gray level image and the character segmentation based on the biggest width backtracking algorithm.更多还原
