化工填料波纹自动成型装置的三维运动仿真
THE 3D ATHLETICS SIMULATION OF AUTO-TYPE DEVICE OF CHEMICAL ENGINEERING STUFFING’S RIPPLES
【摘要】 在化工填料波纹自动成型装置的设计过程中 ,通过开发此装置的三维运动仿真软件 ,来演示其真实的加工过程 ,使设计方案的可行性得以验证。此仿真软件是以VC ++6 0为开发平台 ,系统地总结了通过OpenGL图形库函数生成三维动画的方法和流程。根据机构的几何参数建立数学模型 ,利用OpenGL的双缓存技术 ,实现运动仿真 ,同时对机构运动中存在的碰撞干涉进行检查并加以消除。此外 ,以模型视觉变换为例 ,介绍了交互式操作功能的实现算法
【Abstract】 In the process of designing auto-type device of chemical engineering stuffing’s ripples,we simulate its real manufacturing process in order to validate the feasibility of the device by developing its 3D athletics simulation software.We use VC++6 0 to develop it.This paper systemically summarizes method and flow of implementing 3D animation with OpenGL graphic library.We establish the mathematical model on the basis of geometric parameters of the device,utilize the technology of Double-Buffer in OpenGL and realize the athletics simulation of manufacturing mechanism.Simultaneously we check and remove interferences of collision in the device.In addition,the treatise also introduces implementation arithmetic for implementing mutual operation by taking example for visional transform of the model.
