【Abstract】 Value superiority, distinctiveness, extensiveness, synthesis and dynamics are the characteristics of the kernel competitiveness of local universities, which is affected mainly by the following aspects. Reasonable positioning is prerequisite. Acquiring resources is the basis. Management synthesis is the essence. Academic capacity is the key. Continuous creativity is the motivation. And feature superiority is the symbol.
