【Abstract】 A principal should be a professional instructor having professional knowledge and skills , knows law of education and teaching , and at the same time, he/she is responsible for teaching and curriculum , playing the role of modeling and guiding. On the other hand , a principal takes charge of the development of the whole school , so he/she should be a vocational and senior leader of the school .
