谈高校教师素质的提高与素质教育实施问题
Discussion of Improvement of Teacher’s Quality &Implementation of Quality Education
【摘要】 素质教育的实施迫切需要高素质的教师,但目前高校教师整体素质在许多方面还不尽如人意。迎接素质教育的挑战、提高教师素质迫在眉睫。
【Abstract】 The implementation of quality education urgently requires high-quality teachers but the quality of university teachers as a whole are not so satisfactory. So it is quite urgent to meet the challenge of quality education and enhance the quality of teachers.
