【Abstract】 Many problems exist in the development of Shanxi’s nongovernmental senior high schools among which are 1) the delayed construction of nongovernmental educational laws and the incompleteness in the implementation of policies; 2) lack of rational planning and scientific management; 3) shortage of teachers and students; 4) problems in the internal management, education and instruction. Therefore, both the government and the nongovernmental senior high schools should take effective measures to solve these problems to promote the healthy development of nongovernmental senior schools.更多还原
