【摘要】 目的 :了解某社区老年人群中口腔牙列缺失状况及修复现状 ,探讨我科完成保健任务新措施。方法 :利用每年例行查体时间 ,列表调查牙列缺失及修复状况。结果 :上下牙列缺失率 2 .3% ,单颌上牙列缺失率 1.2 % ,单颌下牙列缺失率 0 .4 % ,牙列缺失修复率 10 0 %。无牙颌颞下颌关节紊乱病 (TMD)患病率分别为 :5 .3% ,10 % ,16 .6 %。牙槽嵴高、中、低比率 :无牙颌的上颌 1∶1.3∶1.5 ;无牙颌的下颌 1∶5 .6∶6 ;上颌无牙颌 1∶1.1∶1.1;下颌无牙颌1∶2∶3。结论 :此群体老年人牙列缺失患者 ,常规义齿修复率 10 0 % ,达到了不缺牙的保健目的 ,但在提高咀嚼功能上需要多种技术应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the current state of edentia and prosthetic treatment of elderly people in a small community of Beijing. Methods:Edentulous patients were examined when they went to hospital to be checked out annually. Results:Edentulous rate was 2.3%, edentia in maxilla rate was 1.2%, edentia in mandible rate was 0.4%. Prosthetic treatment rate was 100%.Edentulous TMD rates were 5.3%,10%,16.6% respectively. For the condition of alveolar ridge,high:middle:low level ridge rate equals 1:1.3:1.5 in maxilla of edentulous group;1:5.6:6 in mandible of edentulous group;1:1.1:1.1 in edentia in maxilla.1:2:3 in edentia in mandible.Conclusion:Edentulous prosthetic treatment rate was 100% in this special group. All patients were cared for carefully. In order to enhance the function of mastication complete implant denture should be more used in elderly people.更多还原
