The system of college student study loans is an important policy that our government supports the education career through financial way. Many dissatisfactory phenomena appear from 1999 in which we carried out the system. We comparatively introduce the system of college student study loans of Singapore、 Malaysia and Australia, and point out our main problems, so that we can draw their experience to further improve our system of college student study loans.
