【摘要】 目的　探讨肱二头肌短头带喙突骨瓣移位手术治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法　收集 3 8例肩锁关节脱位患者 ,均采用肱二头肌短头带喙突骨瓣移位、克氏针内固定手术治疗 ,术后按Karlson标准评估疗效。结果　A级 (优 ) 3 6例 ,占 94 73 %;B级 (良 ) 2例 ,占 5 2 7%;C级(差 )无。结论　肱二头肌短头带喙突骨瓣移位手术治疗肩锁关节脱位 ,手术创伤小 ,操作简便 ,疗效可靠更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the operation of using biceps brev.m with moving bone piece of coracoid to treat dislocation of the acromioclvicular joint.Methods With Kavlson standard to analyze 38 cases of dislocation of the acromioclvicular joint using biceps brev.m with moving bone piece of coracoid.Results A grade,36 cases,94.73%;B grade,2 cases,5.27%;C grade,no case.Conclusion Using biceps brev.m with moving bone piece of coracoid to treat dislocation of the acromioclvicular joint was an safe operation.更多还原
