车用电涡流缓速器三维有限元分析
3-D finite element analysis of eddy current retarder
【摘要】 运用电磁位对A Φ A方法和库仑规范,实现了三维涡流场定解问题的完整表述,建立了1/8有限元模型;运用四面体单元,模拟并分析了电涡流缓速器的磁通量分布。由有限元程序求得的电涡流缓速器的制动力矩与试验测量值基本吻合,说明该模型和计算方法是可行的。
【Abstract】 3-D non-linear eddy current fields with ferromagnetic moving conductors was studied, the formulation was realized by using the A-Φ-A method in combination with the Coulomb gauge,and 1/8 finite element model was built. The resulting braking torques of procedure of eddy current retarder were compared to measurements. The results show that calculation value and test value are almost equal, the model and computation method are feasible. 5 figs, 6 refs.
