绝缘灌封材料对电涌保护器用压敏电阻的电性能影响

【摘要】 研究了压敏电阻器在环氧树脂灌封后的电性能变化。由于灌封材料渗入了压敏电阻的边沿 ,漏电流持续上升 ,不能趋于稳定 ,引起了性能的劣化 ,压敏电阻的侧面灌封材料有电流通过。经交流老化试验后 ,压敏电阻的性能进一步劣化 ,通过选择与压敏电阻匹配的灌封材料 ,或先用绝缘釉对压敏电阻进行侧面处理 ,可避免由于灌封材料引起的性能劣化现象

【Abstract】 The changes of electrical characteristics of varistors after being coated in epoxy resin were investigated.As the coat material permeating in the edge of varistors,the leakage current increases continuously which leads to the degradation of electrical characteristics,part of current pass through the coat material in the side.After the AC accelerated aging test,the electrical characteristics of varistors degrade further.The degradation phenomenon of varistors due to the coat material can be prevented by selecting the suitable coat material,or by first treatment using insulating glaze in the side of varistors.
