2,4-二(2-烯丙基苯氧基)-6-(2—萘氧基)-1,3,5-三嗪的合成及性能研究
Synthesis and propertise of 2,4-bis(2-allylphenol)-6-(2-naphthyloxy)-1,3,5-triazine
【摘要】 以三聚氯氰、2 -烯丙基苯酚和 β-萘酚为原料 ,通过两步法反应工艺合成了一种新型的双马来酰亚胺改性剂2,4 -二(2 -烯丙基 -苯氧基 ) -6 -(2—萘氧基 ) -1,3,5 -三嗪(BAPNPT)。用元素分析、质谱分析和红外分析分别对中间体和BAPNPT的结构进行了表征;分析测试了产品的熔点和在某些有机溶剂中的溶解性能;通过差示扫描量热法分析研究了产品的热聚合性能 ,结果发现BAPNPT不能热自聚 ,但可与二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺热共聚
【Abstract】 A new modifier for bismaleimide(BMI),2,4-Bis(2-allylphenoxy)-6-(2-naphthyloxy)-1,3,5-triazine(BAPNPT)was synthesized in two step by reaction of cyanuric chloride,2-alˉlylphenol and2-naphthol.The chemical structure of the intermediate and product was characterˉized by Elemental Analysis,mass spectrum and FTIR.Melting point and solubility of BAPNPT in some solvent was measured.By means of differential scanning calorimeter,the thermo-polymerˉization behavior of BAPNPT and copolymer of BAPNPT with4,4’-bismaleimido-diphenylˉmethane(BMDPM)were investigated,The results show that BAPNPT does not polymerize at heating,but BAPNPT/BMDPM can copolymerize.
